Welcome to FantaStreet. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to FantaStreet and its operating company, Bin Estrella GmbH. FantaStreet operates this website and store, including the related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). FantaStreet is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about legal rights, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By visiting, interacting with or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Access and accounts
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you are the age of majority and have consented to the use of the Services by your minor dependants on devices you own or manage.
You may be asked to provide contact, billing, payment and shipping information. You represent that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete and that you have the right to provide it.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to another person.
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device and display settings. Product descriptions, specifications, prices and availability may change without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities by person, region or jurisdiction.
Model-specific specifications shown on product pages control where they differ from general site content. Contact us before ordering if a specification is unclear.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. FantaStreet may accept or decline an order for legitimate reasons, including availability, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, shipping restrictions, or applicable law. Payment processing and an order confirmation acknowledge receipt and processing of the order, but do not by themselves constitute acceptance. The contract is confirmed upon supply of the goods. If FantaStreet confirms an order but later determines that it cannot supply the goods, we will notify you, cancel the affected order, and refund the purchase price in full.
Review your order carefully before submitting it. An order may be changed or cancelled only before it has been shipped or dispatched. Once tracking information has been added to the order, the order is treated as dispatched. If an order is changed, declined or cancelled, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided with the order.
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Purchases are intended for personal or household use unless FantaStreet agrees otherwise in writing.
4. Prices, taxes and billing
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout and in the order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping, handling, customs duties, import taxes or similar charges.
FantaStreet supports multiple displayed currencies. The transaction currency and final amount are shown at checkout. Currency conversion or foreign transaction fees charged by a bank or payment provider are the customer’s responsibility.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information and to update account information when necessary. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to pay all charges shown at checkout.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays or other events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and for complying with local import rules. Import duties, taxes and customs charges, where applicable, are generally the customer’s responsibility.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including FantaStreet trademarks, text, graphics, product photographs, videos, audio and site design, are owned by or licensed to FantaStreet and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unless expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit material from the Services without prior written permission. Shopify and third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Optional tools
We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not control. Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without endorsement or warranties from FantaStreet. Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.
8. Third-party links
The Services may contain links or embedded functions from third parties. FantaStreet is not responsible for reviewing or guaranteeing third-party content, products, services, security or privacy practices. Review a third party’s terms and policies before using its services or making a transaction.
9. Relationship with Shopify
FantaStreet is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, any sale or purchase made through this store is a transaction directly between you and FantaStreet. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and FantaStreet, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from products or services purchased from FantaStreet. To the same extent, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with FantaStreet. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Services is handled under our Privacy Policy. Certain information is also processed by Shopify. Review the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy for information about Shopify’s processing.
11. Feedback
If you submit reviews, suggestions, ideas, images or other feedback, you grant FantaStreet a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute and display that feedback for operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that your submission is lawful and accurate.
12. Errors and omissions
Information on the Services may occasionally contain errors or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates or availability. We may correct errors and update information or cancel an affected order, subject to applicable law.
13. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Services to break the law; infringe rights; harass or harm others; transmit false or misleading information; upload malware; send spam; scrape or collect personal information without authorization; impersonate another person; or interfere with the security or operation of the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where permitted by law, including for violation of these Terms. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination remain effective, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing-law provisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FantaStreet, Bin Estrella GmbH, their affiliates, personnel and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Services or products. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify FantaStreet, Shopify and their respective affiliates and personnel against third-party claims arising from your material breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Services, or your violation of another party’s rights.
18. Severability
If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
19. Waiver and entire agreement
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the entire agreement governing use of the Services, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a transfer of the business or Services, subject to applicable law.
21. Governing law
These Terms and separate agreements for the Services are governed by the laws of Germany, without excluding mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rights available where a consumer resides.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
