We want you to love our products as much as we do. All items we ship have successfully passed our Quality Control inspections. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, most items sold by FantaStreet are covered by the following product warranties. If, in an unlikely situation you are not covered, please check our Warranty Exemptions and Notes below.

After-sales service in the order life cycle

Section 1- Cancellation/Changes

Customers can cancel their order at anytime prior to shipping. Once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, please refer to DOA and Unconditional Return Gurantee.

  • The order processing time before shipping often takes 1 to 5 days. The tracking code is used as the standard. Once the tracking code is filled in the order, it means that the order has been sent.
  • So please contact our support team ASAP, We will modify or cancel the order for you immediately after receiving the request.
  • In the case of order cancellation, refund will take approximately 5 working days, the precise length depends on the payment provider used (e.g. PayPal, credit card company, etc).

Section 2 - 7 Days Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please contact our Support Team for RMA authorization within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund.

  • Step 1 - Contact with Our support team and send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging.
  • Step 2 - After we confirm the problem, we will provide the address that the package can be shipped back.
  • Step 3 - Please assist us to send the package back to the designated address and provide the logistics receipt as proof.
  • Step 4 - After we confirm that the receipt is valid, your prepaid postage will be refunded.
  • Step 5 - Whether you choose to refund or exchange, our customer service staff will handle it for you within 24 hours. Refund will take approximately 5 working days,  depended on the payment provider used. The time required for exchange please review our Shipping Policy.

Note: Generally, you can return the package to the following address: 🏠Room 302, Building B, 3rd Floor, Yingxin Garden, Xili Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. But we have overseas warehouses in some countries, you can contact our customer service to confirm the return address.

Section 3 - 30 Days Unconditional Return & Exchange.

If you aren't satisfied with the product you received, the following is the rule of return & exchange.

Unconditional is committed to exchange or refund any product that would not suit your expectations if returned within 30 days of its actual receipt (this allows for any delays on our side in the sending of your order ). For returns, unless the item is faulty or wrong, the shipping and return costs are at your expense.

  • Step 1 - Contact our customer service team and declare that you want to return the items unconditionally, and also send a clear photo or video of the products.
  • Step 2 - After we confirm that the order meets the unconditional return & Exchage requirements, we will provide you the return address.
  • Step 3 - Please assist us to send the package back to the designated address and provide the logistics receipt as proof.
  • Step 4 - After we confirm that the receipt is valid, We will arrange a refund or exchange for you within 24 hours. Refund will take approximately 5 working days,  depended on the payment provider used. The time required for exchange please review our Shipping Policy.

Note: Please make sure that any returns are sent with the order number and your name clearly included as a minimum.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and with the original packaging. To facilitate your request, do email your inquiry with the picture(s) of your item(s) & its condition, and your order details for our record purposes.

Section 4 - One Year Repair Warranty

Unless noted on the product page, the default product warranty period is one year starting from the date you receive the goods, during which you are eligible for free repair.

  • Step 1 - Contact our customer service team give a detailed description of the failure and causeand, also send a clear photo or video of the products.
  • Step 2 - We or the manufacturer’s technicians will evaluate the repair solution, including remote diagnosis, provision of accessories, and return for repair, etc. In some cases, compensation solution may be used as instead.
  • Step 3 - If the product can only be returned for repair, we will provide the return address. Please assist us to send the package back to the designated address.
  • Step 4 - Customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the item accordingly, while we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired item back to the customer.
  • Stip 5 - The replacement product warranty period can be extended by 3 months on the basis of the original warranty period.

If the product has exceeded the warranty period, or the product is damaged due to the user's wrong operation, it will not be eligible for free repair, however, customers can pay a fee for the repair, and the shipping fees of return will be the customer's responsibility in such cases.

Section 5 - Refunds (if applicable)

After we agree to the refund, then your refund will be processed in 24 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days(approximately 5 working days, the precise length depends on the payment provider used).

By default, the refund amount cannot exceed the original order amount paid to us. We are not responsible for and has no knowledge about any bank fees or exchange rate charges that may occur. These fees are processed by the issuing bank and will not be refunded by us.

Section 6 - Undeliverable Orders

Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of data that they provide on the website. Should any information be incorrect and prevent any shipment or deliveries or customs clearance, we will not be held responsible and will not offer any compensation in such cases.

Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued.

Section 7 - Warranty Exemptions and Notes

  1. Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.
  2. If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the product's warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
  3. The customer voids the warranty if they:
    - Flash the firmware of a device or root a device.
    - Open the body in an attempt to fix the device.
    - Modify, remove, customize, or swap parts of the product.
    - Use the device in a way that it is not originally intended for.
    - Continue to use the item once a fault occurs and causes more damage
